At Skin Refined Aesthetics, I understand that life happens—every client receives one complimentary late cancellation or no-show as a grace. After that, I ask that all appointment changes be made with at least 48 hours’ notice to allow time for another client to take the spot.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. While I will always do my best to accommodate emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, I appreciate your communication as early as possible. Please note that late cancellations and no-shows both count as policy violations, and after three violations, you will no longer be able to book services at Skin Refined Aesthetics.
